We are the data controller for personal data processed via the Service.
Data We Collect
Mibbolo is designed as a simple mobile puzzle game. We do not require you to create an account to play the game.
We may collect the following types of data:
Gameplay and Progress Data
We may store information about your game progress, such as completed levels, unlocked packs, app settings, and purchase entitlement status. This data is used to operate the game and restore your access to purchased content where possible.
Purchase Data
Mibbolo offers optional one-off in-app purchases for additional puzzle packs. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Purchases are processed by Apple’s App Store or Google Play, with RevenueCat used to help manage purchase entitlement status and restore purchases.
Analytics Data
We may use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used. This may include events such as screens viewed, levels played, packs purchased, app version, device type, operating system, approximate region, and general usage patterns.
Crash and Diagnostic Data
We may collect crash reports, performance data, device type, operating system version, app version, and related diagnostic information to help us identify and fix technical issues.
Support Data
If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and any information you choose to provide in your message.
We do not collect your name, postal address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, messages, or other personal files from your device.

Improve game design, levels, performance, and reliability.
Detect, investigate, and fix bugs, crashes, and technical issues.
Respond to support requests.
Maintain security and prevent abuse.
Comply with legal, regulatory, platform, and tax obligations.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising or direct marketing.
Legal Bases for Processing (UK/EU GDPR)
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we process personal data under the following legal bases:
Performance of Contract: To provide the Service, save progress, provide purchased content, and support purchase restoration.

Data Storage and Location
Data may be processed using third-party service providers, including Google Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
Where possible, we use service providers that apply appropriate security and data protection safeguards. Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent lawful transfer mechanisms.
